52 Irving Place was designed by Jas. B. Smith for A. C. Walbridge in 1880. The Neo-Grec style four story townhouse is 16X45 and is situated on a 16X101 lot. It offers a 4.5 bedrooms, three full baths with additional basement. Recent upgrades include new electrical service with copper wire throughout the entire house (completed in 2015), plumbing was completely redone including mane waterline to street (completed in 2010), garden level was completely gutted, featuring new kitchen and bath (added in 2016), recessed lighting throughout, the entire backyard was gutted and paved with natural slate patio, new cedar fence, cedar planter boxes, (completed in 2017.)
