689 Sackett Street

Currently the lower floor of the carriage house is artist studios and upstairs is an 1800 sq ft living loft with a wood burning stove.The lot and the building are irregular L shape in the back going behind the two neighboring buildings. It is built approximately as an expansive 8750 sq ft plus a 540 sq ft court yard in the crook of the L.
