Accessibility

Last Updated: October 2026

Milton Coste and Keller Williams NYC want everyone to be able to use miltoncoste.com, including people who rely on a screen reader, a keyboard instead of a mouse, screen magnification, or captions. This page explains the standard the site follows, what to do if something does not work for you, and how to get the same information another way.

The Standard We Follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA and keep working toward it as the site changes. WCAG is the set of rules most organizations use to measure whether a website works with assistive technology. The standard covers:

  • Images carry text descriptions, so a screen reader can say what a photo shows
  • Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus on the current link or field
  • Text and background colors keep enough contrast to be read comfortably
  • Forms have labels, and errors are explained in words, not only in color
  • Headings run in order, so a page can be skimmed by its structure
  • Pages work at phone width and with the browser zoomed to 200 percent

Where the Site May Fall Short

Parts of this site come from outside sources that we do not control. Listing photos, floor plans and descriptions arrive from the Real Estate Board of New York's listing service and from other brokerages. Interactive maps, virtual tours and some government notices are provided by third parties, and a few notices are PDF files published by New York State. Some of this content may not fully meet the standard above. If a listing, map, tour or document does not work for you, contact us and we will provide the same information by phone, by email or in another format.

Report a Problem

If any page on this site is hard to use or does not work with your assistive technology, please tell us. Include the address of the page, what you were trying to do, and the browser or software you were using. We will get back to you promptly and work with you to provide the information you need in a format that works for you.

Accommodations in Housing

Accessibility on this website is separate from your rights in an apartment or building. New York State law requires housing providers to make reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities, such as a ramp at the entrance, a service animal in a building with a no-pet rule, or notices in large print. Those rights, with examples and how to file a complaint, are explained on our Reasonable Accommodation page. The New York State Fair Housing Notice covers discrimination in housing more broadly.
