143 Sullivan Street #4

This loft-like sunny studio, just one flight up, will comfortably accommodate all your needs; with ample living, dining and sleep areas and deep floor to ceiling closets. Very high ceilings, exposed brick walls and hardwood floors are all key design elements to this modern yet classic studio. The marble bathroom features radiant heat flooring, fully tiled walls and high end sink and shower fixtures. As part of this small, well maintained coop, you will also enjoy the buildings' private garden which spans the width of the three building complex. Co-purchasing, parent purchasers and subletting after the first two years of owner occupancy all make this a rare find for anyone wanting less stringent purchasing and subletting rules. Newly renovated public spaces and a video intercom system offer curb appeal and convenience and the cost of all capital improvements owed by the present owner has been paid in full so there are no assessments owed. The location can't be beat! Surrounded by a series of subway lines and in the heart of Soho, you will love everything about this apartment, this beautiful tree-lined block and all there is to do and enjoy at your doorstep. Open House visits by appointment only.
